Broke the phone more as the home Button worked before they tried to fix" it. Now the home Button doesnt work they also bent the phone and broke the screen more. Honestly the worse phone shop to go to."

Broke my phone whilst repairing it, tried to fix it twice and failed, when I asked for a refund had to have a huge row and threaten to report them to eventually get my money back

DO NOT USE! - repaired my iPad, that worked..... once finished (screen was not stuck down properly may I add....) the iPad didn't work, at all! - I was advised that it had a software issue, sent to MobileBitz head office.... heard nothing since & I cannot get hold of anyone to give me an update.... so, stolen iPad is the only way I can describe this service!

In theory, this is a good place as they offer a wide range of products that help further enhance your phone life. I've been here several times to get a screen protector, now the reason I go there instead of just buying it myself on Amazon is because I do struggle to put the screen protector on and there's a huge range of screen protectors that are out there and I feel the Mobile Botz gets the cheaper style and charges premium prices because while they were nice and cleaned my phone and installed it, the edges are sharp and it lasts maybe three weeks before it comes off which I feel for the prove they charge that shouldn't be the case.This is found inside Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough on the ground floor.

Had the back of my phone replaced as it was cracked. That was sorted bit after I picked it up the camera wouldn't auto focus. I took it back, the 'phone engineer' told me it was meant to be like that 'REALLY!!' Then after taking the back off the camera auto focused so I thought it had fixed, he put it back on and told me to leave it in the elastic beds for an hour after the camera was still not working. What a joke. Go else where.

Incompetent! I stood there for half an hour while they tried to fit a screen saver. Finally they handed it back and there were more air bubbles in the new screen saver than in the old one. When I wouldn't pay for it and asked them to do it again they removed the screen saver and handed me back my phone which now has no protection at all. At least my old screen saver was giving some protection. Totally incompetent, avoid!

Helpful friendly professional staff, went over and beyond to save my data that hadnt been backed up. Thank you so much!

Best iphone technicians...i got my iphone7+ fixed and it's woking really very good...They have put a free glass protector on my fone for free...excellent service,would definitely recommend these guys.
