I was recommended Phil Clean by a friend who had had a very positive experience, so after a phone call to discuss my requirements, set up an appointment - and I can now highly recommend them myself! Phil and Tash were extremely punctual, super friendly and my six year old velvet sofa now looks like new! Am thrilled, will definitely use them again!

Filip and Natasha did a brilliant job - and I think exceeded their own expectations of what could be done with the stains left by a sick-dog related incident. From the outset they were incredibly obliging - came to survey well outside normal working hours, immediate quotation, good price, came to do the work when they said they would and were very quick and efficient. On top of that they are both very nice people!

Brilliant customer service, immediate response to my initial phone call and within the hour, Phil had visited my house to give me a quote. The carpets now look like they did when we first moved in three years ago which is amazing as they had a lot of ground in mud. Phil came back following the clean to successfully address a stubborn stain. Really impressed with Phil Clean and would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Honest, helpful and good value. We had a disaster where our toddler drew all over the carpet with mascara! Filip was good enough to respond and come out on a Sunday evening. He got some extra advice and we discussed the job together beforehand which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend. (Photos are before and after)

Filip and Natasha are the most excellent team. They arrived punctually and were extremely professional. They were courteous and considerate, making sure that they didn’t disturb me or inconvenience me if at all possible whilst the cleaning was in process. The cleaning of my very soiled sofa is excellent. I never expected that it would look almost as good as new, all the stubborn stains have been removed. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any cleaning job and will be asking them to clean my other sofa and carpets. A brilliant , dedicated team!
