The guys at West Sussex are true craftsmen. They installed a new floor for us following water damage to the previous one. They were accommodating, polite, professional and the end result is simply stunning. We were blown away and would highly recommend them.

We have had this family run business round twice now and both time they have been absolutely superb from start to finish. The Oak flooring looks amazing and really sets the ground floor off. So much so that when we had our out building plans accepted we called them back to replicate the internal floor.They are easy to deal with, quick to respond and the craftsmanship is as good as I've seen.

I had three hard wood windows replaced about 8 years ago. All had slimline double glazed glass units. I’ve just spent £1,200 having to replace all the glass units! When I asked West Sussex timber to replace the window panes they said too much time had passed and that was four years ago. They should give a 10 year guarantee with how much they charge the customer. WST have lost a LOT of business from me as I’ve now had my whole house double glazed and used Chittelburgh joinery who are far better and more professional.
