Have just been in Shell Canal Road, today Friday 21st of May 2021 around 4h10pm, the cashier was rude as this was not the first time I had to deal with him, this time he left me waiting to refill, he was knocking the window inappropriately to ask me to put the thing back, he then left me waiting,had to leave and go to the one in Leeds Road to put my diesel, I found him extremely rude and improfessional, I will never go there anymore since he is still there. I will get in touch with the head office to make sure he will change his attitude towards costumers.he has glasses in and look like an Arabic or North African.

Petrol and diesel is expensive compared to other stations. Air compressors is wrong with pressure or is broken and jet wash is useles. What else staff is not nice also can even say halo. Thanks shell.

Bad customer service here. I gave my pump number politely but received nothing back apart from sheer look of malice.

I am very disappointed I was on 0 miles fuel and the guy at the petrol station refused to give me fuel and said they are closedIf you close befor 23.00 why advertise you open 24hoursStinky personality and attitude won’t be going back there again

Shocking service, again! Went to buy 2 red bulls as per the deal l, which was clear as day, advertised on the shelf with red bull and the size of the drink. To only get to the till for it to “not exist” as the computer doesn’t recognise it! Left absolutely baffled, they even checked themselves and agreed????? Can’t make it up

Good gas station. Been there over 200 times and every time; it’s clean and quick process. Staff are nice too.

I have attempted to redeem shell vochers twice at this station. On the first occassion the attendant informed me that the coupon was not recognised. I again went yesterday to redeem the free Malteaser Easter bunny and 50% off a rebull can whilst fueling up. The attendant informed me that the manager has advised not to redeem Shell free/discount coupons.

Rip off bought 2 redbull advertised for £5.49 4 pack and ended up getting overcharged by £3.50

Please tell staff not to watch videos and ignore customer when serving. Thanks
