Only called in for a quick drink with my friend who only lives nearby as it's his local and sat in the beer garden.Prices for drinks is the average for a public house in yhe area.

I've read some bad reviews on this place but honestly can't for the life of me figure out why. First time in here after driving past most days for nearly 2 years, and I'm glad I stopped in. It's not far from the bus stop so getting here and home is easy. It's an old school pub, but it is nicely decorated. Seems to have been refurbished recently, and looks good for it. Not tried the food but the beers on offer are well selected. Definitely be back here. Cheers!

Great pub. Very friendly staff, nice beer ( dark fruit drinker ), good atmosphere, good outdoor space at the back, darts and pool.

Came in for a Monday quiz night was really good ... I came 3rd !! Always a good atmosphere every time I have been in.Apparently it's had a bad reputation in the past but in the last 3 months I've been here I really can't understand why. So I've bought my new years eve tickets today.Great decorations for Christmas too
