Drove 45 minuets to get here as kids wanted some snorkelling masks, not sure on what size I though they would help in informing me on what size would be best for 9 & 10 year old kids, knocked on the door and a guy answered and said order online only I was standing with my 2 children and asked him if he could recommend 2 pairs and sizes and he basically said nope look online and closed the door on us. Safe to say we got back in the car and left them with it. Drove to another surf shop 2 mins down the road who were really helpful. Kids were initially upset that the guy wasn’t helpful. AVOID

Been there numerous times to potentially buy watersports clothing and find they are quite happy to sell you something that's you know doesn't fit you as well as making out you don't know what your talking about regarding sizing. I also found they get a bit arsey when they have to go into the warehouse to get different sizes , but if I'm paying £500 for a dry suit I will try on as many as I like , I don't think these people realise that's what happens in a shop, .And what is it with older gentleman that comes into the shop floor and just stands and stares at people. Though to be fair the young guy who runs the bicycle side of things is outstanding , very knowledgeable and always had time for his customers even if only looking, Sham the rest of the team couldn't take some customer relation tips off him

There was little or no service from staff - may just have been a busy day. A good range of sizes in it's wetsuit range and managed to get a reasonably priced wetsuit for my 6'8 husband"

Ordered a wetsuit plus a few other items whilst down in Hayle. Collected them the following morning. Great fast service.

Called up about an order and staff were both friendly and very helpful. Brilliant customer service.

great customer servicetoday i phoned and wondered if they had a set of replacement lenses from my mask which i bought in 2013. they did! and then they said, actually you bought it first in 2006. the 2013 was the spare. every time i shop from them they are really helpful and sometimes have got stuff in that id seen on the internet but couldnt get hold of very easily. deliveries come really quickly and the prices are competitive, so thanks WW!

Ordered a wetsuit from Watersports Warehouse - fast delivery. When I had to return it slightly outside of the return period - had no issues whatsover, the lady on the phone was very helpful.

Order and paid for size 7 boots only to be sent Junior xl boots. Got in contact with the store only to receive a patronising and arrogant response suggesting it would be more environmentally friendly to just accept the other size and that they are approximately" the same size anyway. Cowboys that don't care about customers or their orders."
