I had a lovely Indian Head Massage with Jody, which left me feeling relaxed and a lot less stressed. Jody has a very calming and attentive nature, and really listens to what you are looking to gain from a treatment.

Every element of my reflexology experience with Jody met my physical and emotional needs. Her consulting room communicated a sense of welcome and care, her treatment bed and blankets supported my mind and body to settle and relax, Jody's health consultation was professional and reassuring; I had a sense that she really wanted to offer a treatment that was tailored to my specific needs. The reflexology treatment was wonderful for my whole body. She check in at the beginning and midway about degree of pressure. Both feet were attended to equally. Whilst one foot waited its turn, it enjoyed being enveloped in a warm cloth, savouring the sensations whilst the other foot took the limelight. My feet heaved with joy at the end of the session as Jody placed the palms of her hands into the soles of my feet - a deep sense of holding and connection, felt in the heart. I will be back again soon.

I recently had a course of reflexology from Jody, and after every treatment I went home super relaxed! Unlike other reflexology that I’ve had, Jody gave me thorough feedback on her findings from each treatment. On one session she said that I was dehydrated, so I made sure to drink plenty of water that week, and she instantly noticed the difference a week later just from looking at my feet! Would definitely recommend!

Jody was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, she has a naturally calm personality and was so attentive throughout. I’ve had reflexology session in the past, but Jody took the experience of relaxation and revitalisation to another level. I felt held and comfortable in her warm and cocoon like therapy room. I was particularly moved by Jody noticing my slight discomfort under my right knee due to a recent operation. She gently placed some additional cushioning under it, supporting a feeling of really be being seen and cared for. I would highly recommend reflexology sessions with her.

Truly one of the nicest, most relaxing, calming, enjoyable treatments I have had in a very long time. Jody visited me at my home with a very professional portable set-up. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable and cared for. The energy she puts into her work is very evident and hugely enjoyable. Felt relaxed whilst also restored for the rest of the day.

I had my first (hopefully of many) treatments with Jody today. It was amazing. Jody has a really lovely and relaxing set up, I felt completely comfortable. The treatment itself was brilliant; I came away feeling so relaxed, which was exactly the intention!I highly recommend Jody.
