Eclipse bought my car via an auction site. Roy was extremely polite about our car, we received a good price, above any trade-in allowance offered and the whole process was completed in two days, from advertising on auction site to collection and full payment for car. Having found the exact car I wanted, I found myself at Eclipse. The sales/test drive/deposit/finance process absolutely fine and smooth. The car did have a major fault within 7 weeks, which I panicked about (having never purchased a car of this value before). But this was handled professionally and thoroughly and covered under warranty. Nice range of cars and Maria is very helpful.

Highly recommend. I was very anxious about buying a car after a bad experience previously with a different car dealership. However, Roy and the team made me feel at ease with their honesty and professionalism. After having the car checked by my local garage to make sure everything was ok they confirmed the car was in great condition! This garage is on another level. 5 star review from me, I bought a new car last week, it was in beautiful condition. The transaction was smooth and simple with very friendly staff. I dealt with Paul, Ryan and Maria. I’ve bought numerous cars in the past and had one really bad experience, so I spent months researching a decent garage and reading reviews. The car I bought was not the colour I really wanted but the reputation of the garage swayed me, the one I got is beautiful. It was super clean upon collecting the car I’ve had a small issue which has been dealt with within a day and my car booked in already. Paul even emailed me back late Sunday evening when I raised my concern. I will buy my next car here and will recommend to family and friends, will definitely have my servicing done and anything else my car will need doing in the future.
