Customer service is shocking. If I hadn’t chased them up I’d still be sat here without my insulation and I’m now sat without my boiler and again if I hadn’t contacted them I wouldn’t know they weren’t coming today. Both times I was told someone should have contacted me the day before, not a lot of use when I’ve taken days off work to have this done. I’ve moved furniture and everything to make access easier for the workmen. So annoyed and angry as only yesterday they were still coming. Emergencies occur but I feel that’s an excuse after the way I’ve been treated. The only good thing I can say is the guys that did the insulation were very professional hence 3 stars instead of 2.7th April and still sitting without my boiler and no date when I will get it and can’t go anywhere else as they’ve done the underfloor insulation..... Very Very disappointing

Hired this Company for underfloor insulation. Customer service was not the best at this Company but the installers Luke and Jordan made up for the poor service prior to the installation. They were brilliant and left no mess whatsoever. Great job lads

I contracted with Cosy Home Solutions for the installation of wall insulation and gas central heating system for my home. Given that my home is a very large flat occupying two floors, this was a major work to install all the underfloor pipework and insulate all the exterior walls.The works team comprised of Scott, Josh Malcolm and Andrew who all demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and respect for the property.All in all, the work was completed to a standard beyond my expectations and I would most certainly recommend Cosy Home Solutions as the firm to go to for home improvements.

The job was made in 5 days after the joiner suppose to finish the job .For 2 time in role no one show up , I receive already the insurance and total of job done .My question is are you able to came and finish the job ?Otherwise I will try to make a claim to the government just to make sure those money are not been paid without finish the job .Cosyhome left me with no wardrobe fixed , 3 door unfitted and the kitchen down and the most important think with no curtains and privacy and floor up .Also the worker they just broken a wall in the entrance which is not been fixed.I’m quite disappointed because I have a small baby and this can’t happen

Cowboys , Left me with no heating for a month & do not respond to email , Damaged my home & left multiple bags of waste behind .. Still waiting !! .. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY

They like to block service lanes by parking on double yellows and refusing to move their vehicles to allow residents access to their off road parking (even when asked to move/beeped at)

I called for an appointment that was arranged and so I drove from alnwick to there office and there was no one there no phone call or nothing after I left voice messages so not happy
