Maria is the best tailoress I ever met!I have brought many items of clothing to her for alterations over the years and have never been disappointed.Most of the time clothes are ready to be picked up later that same day!!Very accessible, right on leith walk. Would highly recommend. :)

While not the warmest in demeanor, she's effective at her craft. I brought in a pair of trousers for a leg alteration, and initially, the seam didn't appear promising. However, after a quick ironing, it smoothed. I wouldn't hesitate to return for her services in the future.

Marias Repairs is the best in Edinburgh. She is always happy to help and has fixed a range of things like couch cover zippers, dress hemming, trousers hemming, and she even made custom face masks using a specially-made tartan material I brought in. I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a dress and jumpsuit altered at Maria's, she did an an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Have 2 new outfits thanks to her. Highly recommend her.

Maria was absolutely wonderful. She helped me redesign some oversize pants within moments. Maria is a delightful person and skilled seamstress.I totally recommend her service.

Maria tightened some shorts for me at my waist with an elastic band. When I went to pick it up and tried it on I realised I asked her to tighten it too much and she happy for loosen it for me. Very happy with the service.
