Thank you to Alpine Travel.We’ve just arrived back from Maastricht which was great The two drivers Camal and Sean were exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties Thanks to them both

Poor response to Bangor 1876 FC coach hire request. The community driven team have a solid, well rounded positive reputation within the local area! Further more, have done more for the community than most recognise. To give such a response shows no avail to the support towards the growing welsh & football community these lads have created!I hope the company have a review of their response!

A very unhelpful company. I wanted initially to book a group tour of Llandudno on the open top bus and they repeatedly said it was not possible. I phoned first, and was abruptly stopped and told to put my request in an email. The email response said they couldn't offer anything. I tried for a quote on their website, it didn't work, so requested a call back. I explained what I wanted and requested that surely they had something to assist even if the open top bus was not available. The girl I spoke to was very disinterested, but I received an email later in the day stating that she recommends that if part of my group don't fit on the bus to just hang around for another bus. Utterly useless company. No customer service and their website belies the facts of what they actually offer. Use them at your peril!!!

Disappointing Customer Service. Constantly getting fobbed off and told I'll receive a call" that never comes."

I would like to commend Cory our driver to Southampton from Chester and return. He was very considerate and a very careful driver, we felt very secure with him.

Recently returned from a three day trip to Cambridge and the Flying Scotsman. Coach driver Richard was very competent and safe, keeping us informed of comfort breaks and arrival times. Outbound stop in Leamington Spa was great with enough time for lunch and a wander round the shops / parks. Hallmark Hotel was excellent, room was large warm and comfortable, food was of a very good standard and all staff were polite friendly and welcoming. Day trip on Flying Scotsman was followed by a run into Stamford. Richard advised on things to do in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. After leaving our hotel for our return home,we spent several hours in Cambridge having lunch and exploring the museums ( which are all free ). Returned home around 7pm after a fantastic short break. My wife and I would recommend this company for future trips. Well done Richard you made the holiday what it was.

Just been on trip to Maastricht great trip. The drivers Sean and Camal were brilliant nothing was to much trouble. Very helpful.

We are currently in Torquay staying in the templestow hotel ..we have been out on 2 excursions with Sean this week and we have had the best time with him he is a credit to your company he is so helpful friendly and funny and we found he is very caring to all his customers..thank you Sean for an amazing couple of days .

Just arrived back from a trip to Folkestone and Bruge with the driver Sean. What a great guy. Pleasant and professional. Kept us informed of travel progress and arrival times at each destination. The coach itself was very clean and tidy. He certainly added to the enjoyment of the trip.Thanks again Sean.
