Just been sold a out of date, all day breakfast sandwich, today is the 8th of March but my sandwich has a use by date of 7th of march, im a lorry drive and cannot just nip back so now out of pocket, I knew as soon as I opened it, as the bread was hard and fell apart. I expect better standards, lorry drivers already get ripped off with the cost, not like we can stop anywhere. I had to throw the sandwich away as I'm not having my cab smell.

Staff are nice but the owner is a very misrable person

Be aware staff will charge you twice for fuel. Then when trying to get refund will do everything to prevent you. Had to end up going through their head office to get my money back

Always get my fuel here, might be slightly more but I feel like you get your moneys worth when your drive everyday. Also makes it 10 times easier now that you can pay via phone. Never busy to which is a plus!

I have left my purse at this petrol station yesterday. The only way they could track me down is I had my dentist appointment card in my purse. They called my dentist to say that they found my purse. It was such a releif as I had important cards in it. I just want to say a huge thank you to the BP employer, it was a very kind act, and it was nothing missing from my purse. Very friendly staff. Thank you

Quick fuel stop in my HGV, easy access and plenty of room.

This fuel station is awesome, 24hrs a day, and the staff are always cheerful and willing to help. Just Fabulous

Today me and my partner were accused of stealing fuel after we'd payed for it. It wasn't even the right fuel for our car. The ridiculousness doesn't end there. Camera footage proved there was another car behind us however, the reaction we got from one of the cashiers was absolutely atrocious. Instead of getting to the bottom of this after hearing we'd paid, he started shouting and abusing us while waving his hands in the air like a mad man. Far from customer service you'd expect in a civilised country. Will be filing an official complaint. Do I have to add we'll never come back to this horrendous place.

Staff are so disrespectful and I put diesel yesterday the premium and I have lost quarter of my tank already by only doing 30 miles. The diesel is not up to the standard and I’ll be talking to the head office

Today me and my Mrs were accused of petrol stealing by one of the workers!!! I payed for my petrol and parked next to station, when I wanted to leave the cashier came out and started shouting at me saying that I'm a thief he was very aggressive and unfriendly he told me to back up my car back to the station so I did it. After returning inside I shown him my bank statement to but he carried on acting like a madman, I asked for a security camera footage, apparently there was another car behind me that used this distributor and didn't pay for the petrol, even after that both cashiers were mean and abusive. The worst of all is the fact that we didn't get any apologies from there they also refused to contact their manager for us, when we asked, definitely never coming back there. Just because I drive a rally car doesn't make me a bad person surely? Unbelievable
