Make sure you check your bill. These chrome towel rings were priced at £8 and went through the till at £17. The label on the price tag actually said chrome towel ring". When I questioned the anomaly

B&Q is very convenient to have locally. Neither specialised builders merchants nor general superstores stock all of this stuff. Quite a bit of it is low-end plastic though, so pick and choose and think about the planet before you buy.

There were three members of staff in particular who made my absolute day! I was a little overwhelmed and they were patient, very helpful with loading my car for me and did everything with a smile and kindness. Staff really do make such a difference when shopping alone and a little unsure!

I would just like to say how a member of your staff called Gary was so informative about my queries and concerns on the job I am taking on. He explained how to save myself money on a expensive plumber he showed me where to find all that I needed to complete the job myself and was a great person to deal with. Many thanks

This store never has what we need in stock apparently it's a smaller store. Opens at 8am on Saturday rather then the advertised 7am.

Bearing in mind there's Homebase, Wickes & B&Q, B&Q are way overpriced on everything, I would rather order on Amazon. B&Q at Basildon only ever has 1 till open with 6 or 7 staff always standing around yacking?? If you're cutting back on staff in order to save money, B&Q prices should be lower!

Good parking right outside the store they have a lot of stock or can get it in for you in a few daysI found the music off putting when trying to think and compare prices / converter to metricThe staff are very positive and polite, would use this store again

Why on Google do they say you open at 7am and after getting up at 6am to arrive at store to find out you don't open to 8am to say I am annoyed is a under statement, b&q get it altered
