The staff at Elite Care 24/7 are undoubtedly the stars of the show. Each member of their team demonstrated an unwavering dedication to their work and a genuine concern for the well-being of their Citizens. Their expertise and compassion shone through in every interaction, creating an environment that felt safe and nurturing.

Awful poor service in general. Some of the staff are very good and some awful. Regular visits where carers do not carry out required tasks. Frequent no shows with no notification. Difficult to get past front desk to complain or find out why, the person always seems to be busy And they rarely ring you back. The company so not seem to worry about there vulnerable clients not getting care. When you do get through to complain nothing ever changes.

Wish I didn't have to give this horrible company 1 star!They don't deserve that.In the end I changed this dreadful company to a better one for some of the main reasons I will state.Firstly they hardly do anything ,they come in make mom a drink and give her ,her medication.First few weeks were fine.Untill they started to mess around with my mom's meds. They sent a carer in and my mom was up stairs.Sje asked them to put her medication in a small egg cup,the male carer went downstairs looked around for the egg cup (not for long) looked in the kitchen then sat down and played with his fone for rest of the call.Didnt bother trying to find out where it wasTherefore my mom had to administer it herself. She has to have carers in to help her with the medication otherwise she will get it mixed up.The carer blamed this on my mom as he said she was being agressive but she wasn't.Also she was upstairs and meds were downstairs.So this could have been sorted if he had been bothered to look for the egg cup.This was clearly on the coffee table in the living room.We have had many carers come out ho didn't understand English my mom only understands English and is partly deaf.So this made my mom upset and couldn't understand what they was saying to her.We have had carers who have my mom warm water to take her meds with i mean who does that?Cold water yes not warm!We have had a carer come in who didn't know how to use a kettle!We have had carers come in and leave the front door open.Not bothered to check it and lock it for my mom's safety. They didn't hardly do any of her care plan didn't stay for 30mins each call more like 4 mins . Let's talk management! The manager was rude when he called me didn't listen to any of my concerns, kept saying the same old I understand blah blah but things kept happening.In the end I gave up and called the council and changed my moms provider.This company needs to be shut down.Staff don't know what they are doing half the time and management are completely rubbish!Do not stay with this company please ! I could write more about them but you get the picture.

The company seems very friendly . I had a interview today and the lady who interviewed me was so lovely and supportive. I would definitely recommend this company if u are looking for care for your loved ones. The company is definitely on track with their care services.

I work for this company and its a pleasure to it is the best company ive worked for. Every carer and manager is committed. Management are supportive of carers and citezens needs. I would recommend the company to both families looking for carers and people looking for work interested in the care community.

Sorry I've had to give them even one star. We did not choose this company, the council put them in place but even when we complained they would not stop them going to our mother's. Only one carer was good, others stopped only 3 minutes on half hour visits and didn't do anything for mom. Didn't wash or shower her, didn't even speak to her, just sat with their phones for the half hour. Could not get them stopped coming to mom's even though we complained many times over many months, had to put cameras in mom's house. We have got one suspended on our photographic evidence so do not use this company. The only way we got them stopped is that mom was admitted to hospital! We still haven't paid their bills as we are disputing them. Untrained, unqualified and uncaring anything but 'carers'. You have been warned!

Overall this is a good place to work - the work is challenging but learning a lot everyday .Dealing with a wide range of people is a really enjoyable part of working there.

want a place where you can leave your loved ones to have the worst care? well come on down to ‘elite’ care. they’ll starve, fob off and even leave your loved ones in a state of distress without meds for days. corporate are employing anyone and anybody they can get there hands on. male staff are terrible and lots of items are missing from house. terrible service and doesn’t even deserve one star.
