Ordered some plants online that I was struggling to get locally. The communication received was excellent - they arrived very quickly - the day after the email informing me they had been dispatched. Great plastic free packaging and really healthy plants. I will definitely be using paddock plants in the future - just wish I lived closer to visit in person! Many thanks again paddock plants!

Ordered several plants online which arrived very well and carefully wrapped in paper and biodegradable bag on the root ball. All plants very healthy and large size for reasonable prices. Nice selection of plants available and very good customer service with rapid delivery of plants after order placed.

Recommended. I’m normally nursery agnostic and go with the cheapest supplier, and Paddock happened to be the cheapest for the specific plants I was looking for. However I’ll make the effort to use these guys again based on the quality of plants and service.Plants arrived in healthy condition and were packaged excellently - loads of newspaper for protection and in biodegradable bags which I was impressed with. Communication was also excellent; regular updates provided, with the ability to live track the delivery driver.

I can't recommend Paddock Plants more. The website is easy to use and contains some fab information about the plants available, which was easy to understand and very personable. Ordering was straightforward and it's generous of the company to offer free delivery within a certain radius of the nursery. I had such a friendly call to arrange delivery and my husband had a lovely chat with Rob when the plants were dropped off. The plants were well packaged and are doing well so far. Great experience end to end, we'll be ordering again in future!

Strongly recommended. I have bought quite a lot of plants via the internet over the years. The plants Paddock sells are clearly well grown and the packaging is the best I have experienced. No plastic. Interesting selection of cultivars, too.

Wow, wow, wow. First time customer of Paddock Plants. Ordered on Tuesday evening and arrived on Thursday morning at 10am! Extremely well packed and a quality plant with good strong top growth and healthy root ball. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, in particular the quality and size of plant.

Had my first order from Paddock Plants delivered today. Great selection of plants on the website, some unusual and hard to find, and lots of nice interesting facts about origins and growing tips etc. Very fair prices. The plants arrived quickly, very well packaged and packaging was well thought out to reduce waste and be recyclable. None of my plants were damaged or dried out. Very pleased, will definitely buy again. Thank you Rob and the team at Paddock Plants.
