Brighton YMCA

William Collier building is an environment health hazard and not fit for habitation. There is an exorbitantly high death rate of residents who are all malnourished and housing infections and viruses, limb amputations, abscesses and ulcers, which are all consequent of the building's filthy state of disrepair and disregard of sense of hygiene and sanitation. There is human urine and faeces and vomit covering the carpet and as well as a plethora of health and safety issues - exposed electrical wiring, delipidated furnishing, broken windows and doors, rotting wooden support doorframes and skirting, BED BUGS AND RODENT / MICE INFESTATIONS . Residents have renamed the building WILLIAM CRACK HOUSE for the ubiquitous drug use - heroin and crack cocaine is used in common areas, stairwells, outside steps, streets surrounding the building as well as in almost every room - the only ones not used in being the rooms so disgusting they are uninhabitable and the assigned residents sleep in the communal lounge. In the past year there have been over 10 deaths directly or indirectly from these conditions - THAT IS TO SAY OVER 10% OF RESIDENTS DIE ONCE HOUSED IN YMCA ACCOMMODATION. The only way a resident leaves William Collier is either INSANE, INCARECATED AND IN A BODY BAG. PLEASE SHUT THIS BUILDING DOWN
