Glasgow Holistic Massage
Did a 1.5hr session with Anny last week, it was so relaxing I didn't want to get to work and didn't post this review earlier.Anny is passionate about what she does and what she wants to continue learning, and it translates into practice when she does the massage. Great conversationalist as well. Definitely would recommend this gem of a place that's hidden away within the F45 building to all who are interested in just taking it slow and relaxing for abit!

Glasgow Holistic Massage
I was in Glasgow for the World Pipe Band Championships back in mid-August (visiting from the US), and I was experiencing significant sciatic nerve pain down my left side. I frantically searched for an opening for a deep tissue massage and thankfully, Anny had an opening two days before we competed.She did an amazing job of relieving all my aches and pains (upper shoulder and neck stiffness, tightness in my calves, and the sciatic nerve pain). She helped make the rest of the trip more enjoyable.

Anny is amazing. I have regular tension headaches and she did a wonderful job working on problem areas on my neck, head, and shoulders. Would highly recommend! :)

I loved my massage from Anny, she created a calm and relaxing environment, the massage greatly helped relieve tension built up daily from working at a desk and I no longer have any sciatic pain, 10 out of 10.

I had a Sports Massage with Anny and I highly recommend. I was concerned that Sports Massages can be quite sore and she was very considerate with her technique to make sure I was comfortable.Anny talked me through what she was doing and I came away relaxed and more knowledgeable about my body. It was the perfect balance and exactly what I wanted. I was made to feel very at ease and it was an overall great experience!

For someone who never takes time out this was definitely the best 90 minutes of my week. Felt so relaxed and my mind eventually switched off. Anny was great at assessing my body before hand, especially with the amount of training I do each week, she customised my message to meet my needs and I came out feeling a 100 times better, I know this will really help me with my next run tonight as my muscles are so relaxed. Thank you so much Anny for giving me the chance to switch off and fix my body. Ill definitely be recommending you and getting booked back in. See you soon

Glasgow Holistic Massage
I had such an amazing full body massage with Anny! It was the most thorough consultation and knew exactly what areas needed extra work! I came into the room very tight and sore and left feeling fab! My deep sleep that night was incredible and the most I ever got! I would highly recommend getting booked in!
