Absolutely fantastic new Gym, friendly atmosphere, great people, fabulous variety of classes, great for all levels of fitness. If you want a gym where no one really cares if you have the best outfit or if a hair is out of place then this is the place for you. A great place to concentrate on improving what you want to improve without worrying about what others are thinking. Help, advice, encouragement and support readily available.
