We have been going to BASCS for 12 years or more. The service, professionalism and design creativity are great.There is a wide selection of kitchen, bathroom, fitments and tiling on display and the team there are happy to look for exactly what you're after.I would highly recommend th m for any bathroom or kitchen related project.

We had previously worked with BASCS to replace a bathroom, ensuite & cloakroom and they were the first consideration when we decided to replace our kitchen/diner and utility. Absolutely great team at BASCS in Swindon. We had a bathroom refitted last year which we were delighted with and subsequently an en suite refitted very recently which we are, once again, delighted with. James, Hayley and the team helped us plan and select the items, tiles etc without any pressure whatsoever. Whilst we knew what we wanted it was lovely to get their ideas and guidance also. On both occasions we had the refits done whilst we were away on holiday by Justin Hall. His workmanship, attention to detail, very tidy work on both refits was truly amazing. Justin did encounter some problems with the en suite (he showed us the pictures) and all I can say he overcame all of them effortlessly.We did not hesitate going back to Bascs for our second refit and all I can say is I’m glad we found them first time around.If you are thinking of a new bathroom or kitchen do not hesitate going to BASCS, you will not be disappointed, they are all fantastic as are their products and expertise. We are over the moon, hope the pictures can reflect everything in this review. A very delighted customer.

No... this isn't a luxury hotel bathroom, this is our lovely new bathroom, and all within our budget!We're absolutely delighted with the outstanding service we received, the stunning quality of products and the honest, transparent cost quoted, which had no hidden extras.We found James Couling to be a cut above the rest! He provided honest opinions to help us choose our own products; no hard sell or trying to talk us into something we didn't need. He communicated excellently and proactively, always responding quickly throughout the whole project... this made everything really easy for us and we didn't have to do much else.James even recommended plumber, Pete Coe, from Fairford to do, and oversee, the bathroom refit for us. Pete was excellent, a very experienced professional, and as amazingly proficient at communicating as James. Pete project managed the whole refit brilliantly, bringing in quality tradesmen at precisely the right time, and they were friendly, respectful and also did an outstanding job.If you're looking for a great showroom full of ideas and quality products to suit all budgets, and enjoy the rare customer service where they put the client first for the client's benefit, then look no further. I cannot fault anything and would 100% recommend to everyone.

Ian and his team have provided great customer service all the way from our initial thoughts and discussion to delivery. We have been doing a major refurb and bathroom design was an important feature. BASCS replied to our questions promptly and responded positively to the inevitable design changes that happen along the way on a major project. Thank you Ian and team. Went to a number of different places to seek out a new en suite and finally settled here due to the quality of products in the showroom. James was helpful throughout the process and, although there were a few issues that meant getting replacement parts, the whole process from initial visit to completion was still done a lot quicker than we expected. The quality is first-rate but our new shower and surround, in particular, is a pleasure to use and it's good to have some much-needed storage in that room. Hats off to Pete Coe (plumber) for project-managing the whole thing and Mick Warwick (sparky) for the laughs.

Have been here twice, first for our ensuite which turned out brilliantly and recently for the updating of the family bathroom.Now it's finished it's absolutely lovely, the products and materials chosen, the way it's all fitted together have made us very happy.Gary Smith, our bathroom fitter, was once again brilliant at making the room feel so much different.Highly recommend the service from BASCS.

Great service from James and BASCS. Complete new en-suite bathroom designed and supplied on time. Not only was the service helpful and efficient , the few problems encountered during fitting were quickly solved. We would not hesitate to recommend BASCS.
