Sanded back and re-lacquered our deeply scuffed and dirty engineered wood floor. Couldn’t be happier with the result! It looks band new and for half the price of fitting a new floor. Lee also fitted a threshold bar in a very awkward and uneven join between the wood floor and new kitchen tiles - the result is a smooth transition between the floors and a vast improvement on the metal joint we had previously. Communication was quick and easy from the beginning. Lee and his assistant arrived on time, were very friendly and polite the whole time they were here. Cannot recommend more highly and will definitely be using Yorkshire Floor Sanding again when we do the rest of the house!

We couldn't recommend Yorkshire Floor Sanding more highly. Lee (and Jack) did a brilliant, professional job of sanding, staining and varnishing the floors in 3 rooms and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very responsive to queries and completely reliable - always arrived on the day and at the time he'd arranged.We weren't sure of the finish we wanted so he visited prior to the job and applied a number of test stain colours to bare wood to let us choose which we preferred. He explained the process, and the pros and cons of each option, clearly and quoted a fair and reasonable price for the work.After seeing the quality of finish Lee can achieve and the lack of mess at the end of the job I honestly can't think why anyone would ever consider hiring a sander and attempting this themselves!

Love the results! I wanted a lighter finish to my original floor boards and Lee really listened to make sure I would be happy with the results and made sure that I understood the work which would be carried out. Work was clean tidy and professional. Would defiantly recommend this company and having them back to do my floor boards in the kitchen. 10/10

Honestly we couldn’t be happier with the service and results of our floor sanding that Lee undertook for us. He was very personable and kept us in the loop during the whole process. We would 100% recommend him and use him again for any other work we needed. He kept the whole process clean and tidy and we didn’t have any cleaning up to do afterwards.
