I had a hair analysis with Steph and she gave me a detailed breakdown of everything my body was lacking. I had been dealing with menopausal symptoms and the tonic she made me has been life changing. If you don't wish to take HRT or are unable to then I couldn't recommend Steph highly enough.

This remarkable lady really listens toyou when you seek her advice. She hears every word and softly encourages to rephrase any negative things you have said without realising you said it. When you’re feeling rubbish, she supports you . She genuinely cares and I am now finally going to commence the food journey I need to take in order to stay well and out of hospital. I think Steph will be beside me on the road I will travel for some time to come. 54 years of endless gut issues is heartbreaking but I can now look forward to a much healthier and happier future with Steph’s help.
