Lass I ordered from was very helpful and pleasant - completely undone by the lass who then issued me the money I'd ordered - she was abrupt, unhelpful, clearly didn't want to be there. Virtually 'demanded' my ID, no pleasantries/politeness, and then threw an envelope, with over £1400 worth of foreign currency in it, under the shield to me expecting me just to accept it was all there! Stood there, under the CCTV, and counted it out myself.

Quick , efficient and very pleasant service. Collected from an order made a few hours earlier on the same day .

I gave the wrong pickup date when ordering online but the branch in Hereford quickly changed this for me. Good exchange rate too.
