Good communications, can arrange a delivery to suit you. Let me know when they were 10 minutes away for delivery. Delivery driver was very helpful. Delivery was correct (nothing missing or damaged), good quality wood delivered.

I thought I'd built up a good relationship with the people in the shop what I ended up getting fleeced" The MDF is not fair for purpose. I'm more sad than angry about all of this. And it was money I just could not afford to waste. B&Q for me! Do not use if you are a woman on your own."

It was my first time placing an order with Coventry Timber Products and was glad I did, the ordering online process was easy, there was no complications in receiving the order form/receipt etc. Contact from the office by phone with information about my orders delivery date and time was excellent.
