Very friendly and welcoming vets. The staff are all lovely and really caring towards animals. Emily was also really helpful getting us started at the vets and is full information on animals especially our little Staff. We have been to see Dawn the past few appointments and she’s been very friendly and helpful especially sorting out River’s skin rash she had last week

Lady vets attitude was appalling.We took our cat with a sore eye and dirty ear, of the full five minutes of the consultation she spent four of them lecturing us because we hadnt been to see them since lockdown of 2020 and the vets name on the medication we showed her we had been given before for the cat a few years ago wasn’t Southcrest. She spent very little time looking at the cats eye before prescribing the same medication, refused to look at his ear telling us to book another appointment for that. Five minutes £40 consultation fee plus medication and a lecture from a self opinionated rude and arrogant vet.When we complained we got a one line email saying they were sorry we were not happy with there service , didn’t address any concerns raised.Needless to say we will not be returning and advise anyone thinking of going there to think again. There are better caring vets in Redditch.

My poorly elderly dog was neglected by this vets. We made the difficult decision to have him put to sleep and as southcrest offered this service and had been treating him for his eyes we went with them. Being in Stratford upon Avon we knew there would be an extra charge for travel. But we were keen to have a vets we know and it to be at home. We were quoted £342 including euthanasia, single cremation and travel. On the day this was due to take place we received a call to say sorry we quoted you incorrectly it’s going to be in excess of £500!! Not only did this leave me disappointed but not the first time prices changed unexpectedly. His drops went from £13 per bottle to £46.99 per bottle without any warning. Absolutely disgusting treatment and unprofessional behaviour. Side note this no reflection of the care we received from Jeremy (the eye specialist). Whom was kind and caring.

Been going to Southcrest for 16 years and they have consistently been amazing. Professional, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had our cat Angel put down yesterday and two nurses (whose names I wish I remembered) comforted both me and my cat. It was the worst day of my life made easier by you guys. You're all amazing, much much love xxx

A lot of people recommended me that place for my cats and as it seems better with prices and knowledge of vets but sadly I'm not 100% convinced. I've been there three times and everytime when I'm coming in to the vet room table is dirty. It seems like there is no proper hygiene. You can see a lot of hair from the previous patient who was examined. How am I supposed to be sure that the previous pet didn't had any fleas or other diseases? Usually I'm going to the vet to help my cat not to make it's condition worse. Another thing - few months ago a vet from this place recommended dry food to help my cat with his teeth condition. It's been already proven that dry food it's NOT helping cat's with teeth and it's not beneficial to them at all.The only good thing about this vet are prices and availability if you need urgent appointment.

Absolutely disgusting service I've received the last 2 days called up Thursday 28th September to get my boy cat Rico seen was told to keep an eye on him for 24 hours call back tomorrow called back today Friday 29th September just to be told keep an eye on him for 24 hours call back if he's still the same tomorrow call back he's got a swollen stomach and in pain and your meant to help but I don't see no help at all being made with my cat he's had a swollen stomach since Monday I'm really not happy with the services I've received I will not be back if I did call back tomorrow I will just be fobbed off again

Really well managed practice. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. We've always been able to get Elmer in!
