They have done a fantastic service for my daughter and manage to get her the right deal for her finances and turned the purchase round in two days so she could drive away her new car without waiting. My partner and I were looking to buy a second car. We saw one we liked at Stoneacre Basford. We spoke with Sophie, who sorted our test drive. It was very hot weather and this didn’t have any effect on Sophie’s customer service, which was personable, friendly and welcoming.We were told to take the car on a test drive for as long as we’d like to, encouraged to do our normal routes of driving as well as testing the car’s drive on a motorway. They were happy for us to go out on our own so that it wasn’t awkward with someone else in the car.When we returned, there was no pressure at all for us to buy the car. However we didn’t need any encouragement as we fell in love with the drive of the Suzuki Swift.Although Sophie was only one week into her role at Stoneacre, she was very open about the process of getting quotes on the finance options. She offered a friendly and professional service, with no pressure on sales at all.On the finance side of things, Gareth was great too and so was the man who finalised things today when we drove away in our new car.10/10 we would go back to Sophie if we were looking to buy another car.

His genuine advice has given me the oppertunity to trade in my car and buy this amazing MG and I took it home on the same day. I ordered and received my motability vehicle from Stoneacre. The Motability salesperson, Sophie, was very friendly, thorough and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I received the car exactly on time without any delays.I have used Stoneacre for servicing and MOTs for several years now and have always been happy with the quality of their service.

This used to be a good dealership but sadly has deteriorated. I love my Swift but won't bother going back to this particular dealership. Some of their staff need training in customer service and they promise things but can't deliver. My advice is go elsewhere.
