The curly haird woman is so rude I honestly don't understand why she still had a job there because her customer service (or lack of rather) is rife! The other woman (sorry I don't know your name) is soooo lovely/welcoming/chatty/kind. She's puts a yellow card in the window to let customers know she's on shift because she's knows people won't go in if the other woman is working, she's had that many complaints about her. I'll only go in there if I see the yellow card

Not taking any parcels what a waste of petrol I had to go els were today . 3 times this has happened to me .Not happy will not be going there again . Other place take them y not here . And very rude to. Y advise if your not taking parcels for Evri. Complete waste of time . the short woman dark hair is very rude she throws the parcel . As other people have said y is she still there . ????????????

Don’t bother taking your collect+ parcels here. Whilst the first experience was great, helped by a lovely member of staff, the following two times I was turned away by a deliberately unhelpful person called Roz.

Woman with the curly hair too lazy to process parcels, and is really rude. Puts a sign up says the bags full when its half empty and hanging on the door. Hope you enjoyed your power trip! Always on her phone and has no clue about customer service. Your customer service is appalling and you’re giving the garage a really bad reputation. Are you polite to anyone..? Manners cost nothing.

Only go here if you're absolutely desperate for fuel. Prices sky high, access is very tight, staff range from incredibly helpful to downright rude, shop offers a small range at motorway services-like prices. And never hire a vehicle from here, the last time I did it broke down!!

I went to buy petrol on Friday 27th May Before coming to buy the petrol I had checked the operating times which clearly states open until 11pm except on Sundays or special holidays. I arrived approximately 9.53pm, then to be told we can't buy any as they had shut off the petrol pumps and shop was closing. I had asked why as it stated closing times are 11pm to which the woman replied we always switch off petrol pumps early. Another man was there doing the same thing was really upset also. If they close the petrol station at 9.r5pm it should state that! Wasted journey not to to mention petrol wastage

Store let down by one member of staff. The girl who mainly works weekends. Always finds an excuse to not accept parcels when in fact she is just to lazy. She is so rude and doesn't have no customer service skills. All the other staff are amazing especially the two older ladies.

They refused to take a parcel for a courier service because it doesn't 'fit in their bag', it was 57x32x24cm.I was hollered at as I walked through the door to be told the parcel is too big and they can't take it, putting me on the back foot to start with, no apology, just told id have to go somewhere else as it doesn't fit in their bag....poor customer service skills. DO NOT USE for courier drop off...yodel and collect plus should take them off their approved list.
