Stanground Carpets & Flooring Limited

First of all we get the vinyl of wrong color, then Stanground carpets give for us the date when they will come and fit the vinyl, they did not arrive ... Then they give the other date, nobody arrive again. Then I start to call them - nobody take the call, I send the message and say that we need fit the vinyl until 24th of December, nobory reply for me. I am still waiting and nothing.

Lovely people, great customer service, I popped in on the off chance four days before Christmas to buy carpet as someone else had let me down. Perfect service and I’m very happy with my new flooring. Understandably were not able to help with fitting at such short notice before Christmas, but gave great advice so I could fit myself and I’m so happy with the products and the finish

We had a terrible experience. Had a wood floor laminate fitted which was left with gaps, nails showing and joints badly exposed. We called numerous times to get this rectified and was constantly ignored and let down. It seems once they have your money there is no care from them. Eventually after 5 weeks of constantly chasing and get a solicitors advice they came out and rectified the issues. The contract fitters were different to the original fitter Mick" and even they was disappointed with the way things were left. I was going to use this company again for numerous jobs around the house as they are local....but there is no chance now. Would never use them again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone."

Good choice and very accommodating when asked to measure same day I popped in. Got quality carpet fitted follotweek at a great price . Have used before and will again.

Had flooring and blinds installed, superb service, friendly and efficient. Would recommend .

Would not recommend Stanground Carpets. They made a total mess of our floor, the floor was all lifting they managed to get latex and glue on our brand new kitchen doors and bifolding doors. We refused to keep the flooring after giving them a chance to put it right which they couldnt even get right! So they ripped the floor out and left all the glue on the floor which is a total mess. How they think the installation was worth the money they quoted us is beyond me. I would avoid Stanground Carpets.

Would absolutely recommend coming here!Everyone I spoke to were incredibly professional and friendly. Only took a few weeks from deciding what I wanted to getting it all put down and it looks amazing!Thank you all!
