I like this place. The owner greets you well. They have many types of food, even just the english breakfast. You receive a great amount and tasty, quality food!

Nothing special about the food or the atmosfere.Payment collected upfront, they charge for every single item like coffe or bread for english breakfast, so you end up paying easily over 12 pounds for basic service.The food is not served equally, someone gets sausages cut nicely , others, like myself, a bare sausage.Not my first pace of choice, not recommended.

This is a real traditional cafe. Hard to find. Does proper meat and two veg dinners as well. The tea is excellent. I'd come here for the atmosphere alone. The great value breakfasts are a bonus.

So it’s that debate of lunch or brunch unfortunately I chose to have a fry up at sunrise. The service is non existent but it’s a cafe can’t expect much to be fair... The food was mediocre at best genuinely wish I made a fry up at home . Didn’t ask how I wanted my eggs or bacon nor did I tell them in their deference . The best thing about this place was the price would rather pay a bit more and have. A bit more service and options food quality isn’t bad.

Walked into a completely empty cafe to order two coffees to take away. I was charged £5 I said I’ll pay by card, I was informed that it’s a cash only shop so there will be a 50 pence charge.It’s just a swindle because no one goes there anymore, no wonder. I said that that was ridiculous and that he has lost another customer to which he replied “good luck”.I really don’t understand some people.I definitely won’t return to pay £2.50 for a coffee plus bank service charges.
