My son had his first haircut in 4 years as nobody could touched his hair...tried so many before but honestly nobody could handle his frustration and reactions. It was so easy here at HQ. We met Morgan who was fantastic and so patient. My son was calm and happy with his new look.

Been going for over 15 years and only ever had good experiences. Always a high class service off any of the lads cutting there. The booking system is easy to use and I've never been delayed when using it by any of the barbers. Could not recommend more highly.

Took my 3 year old nephew for a hair cut as he was a little over due, they were brilliant with him. This was the first time he had ever let anyone use the clippers on his head. The guy who cut his hair was very understanding.

These guys are brilliant! Gabriel has been doing my sons hair for a while, my son has adhd and we always struggled to get him to get his hair cut but not anymore. Nathan did a great job on my hair really pleased with it. We will keep going back. Thanks guys

5* for sure. Been going there for long long time, always happy with the service. They've made changes to protect themselves and customers with covid still around (10/12/2020). I feel confident going there because of these changes. Usually very busy because of the quality and friendly rapour. I've booked an appointment the last 3 times I have been and it has either been on time or my Barber has started early if I am there and he is free. Highly Recommended.Sam

Been using HQ for 4 years now and can safely say it’s the best barbers shop in Stoke. The lads are all great and professional and always ready with a coffee while you wait. Always get an excellent cut at HQ and can highly recommend.
