The people don't respect the distance rules....I think the people who work here should remind people to respect the distance rules.There is not a maximun people to get inside the store.... So u can imagine how baldly is to shop in this store.... everyone next to each other...

I called in to make some purchases an hour ago served by an assistant blonde hair and tattoos, I said thankyou on 3 separate occasions, all I got in return was yep yep, yep no smile or greeting which I found rude. I WILLNOT BE RETURNING to this storeI will be taking my custom elsewhere. ☹️☹️

Good selection of goods and the staff are great, always friendly and remember you. Management of the store is not so great but the staff do the best they can for you

Used to be a great little supermarket, but since the Sainsburys opened over the road they have given up. Half the store is now given over to Brantano and Dorothy Perkins franchises (& there is a Post Office in there too, which is at least useful).

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEwould give it 0 stars if I couldI was racially abused by an employee - she was white elderly and had short hair. she called me derogatory terms that I won’t be able to repeat here - all because i did not take a leaflet from her due to her poor body language and conduct. I am also a minor so my experience was extremely disappointing especially since co op “focus on social responsibility”. No one should ever have to experience what I did and i hope like any sane person the employee is fired.

I will not be going to Cowley Templars Square Oxford Coop again.The old Asain lady on the check out Rehanna was so rude and had terrible customer service manners.She was miserable and unfriendly.Not helpful at all.Very disappointed.
