SCAM be aware

Bad experience with this company as a landlord. They were initially good with taking over the management of my property but then became very poor. It took them 3 months to provide a rental statement or payment and this only happened after I chased them 4 times. The rental statement had discrepancies/money not accounted for. I asked about this. No response. Emailed 5 times. Still waiting for an answer to my questions and have terminated my agreement with them. Terrible communication, lots of excuses and slow, unprofessional service.

I strongly recommend not to use this company. They collected rent from my tenant and did not pay it to me. I also understand this company has applied to be struck-off from the register of Companies.

This company hasn’t returned my calls or corresponded, they owe me thousands… Do NOT trust this company…
