Very good service. They always give discounts when i go to fix my broken screen.

got my screen fixed here. the screen they've fitted is bulky and half of my home button sticks out slightly in a strange way. my phone is noticeably heavier. the colour also instantly looked strange when i got it back but at first, i put it down to lighting and me not being used to having a phone without cracks in it.since, i've come to the definitive conclusion that the screens they use are cheap replicas that they KNOW don't work properly. i can't type on it because it misses out half the letters i press. the screen can't keep up and the display is now incredibly laggy/glitchy. the colour is definitely off, i've had to turn down the colour temperature down all the way and it STILL looks yellow - i have never had to adjust colour settings on my phone before. i can't look at my phone from any angle other than dead straight because the glare is horrific (and i can only assume that part of this issue is caused by the fact that the screen noticeably sticks out from the actual casing of the phone in a way that a genuine screen never would). i genuinely cannot use my phone for longer than 30 seconds without it giving me a headache to look at.when i initially took my phone into them, the screen was absolutely wrecked BUT i could still type, scroll, and look at it without problem, even in that state. looking back, i wish i'd have just kept it as it was because that mess of a genuine screen was miles better than the uncracked cheap attempt at a replica they've given me. when someone comes to you for a repair, and you send them away with a device that now has more issues than it came in with, then you have a serious problem.

Great service. Reasonable prices. Always have a great attitude and help as best they can when I visit. I go here for everything from screen repairs to a phone case to a charger. Saved me more than once from my own clumsiness!!

They changed my phone screen but they didn't tell me they'll put second hand screen and try to charge me more money then agreed price . STAY AWAY!!!

Brought a phone and was told the phone was oled and it wasn't, I took it back and asked for my money back and they told me they can't, even tho they told me they would give me my money back a few days before.dont buy a phone form this place or get anything fixed cos it's a joke and a rip off

I got the back of my phone iPhone 13 fixed and they have broke my Face ID it was working fine before and then I get it given back with a error for Face ID and is now telling me I have to bring it back for them to send it off absolutely poor behaviour

Fantastic service, good prices. My partner had dropped his phone and broken the screen. They still managed to transfer his data. Did both our phones in a couple of hours and even bought us both a coffee. Would highly recommend

Took phone in a couple days ago for battery repair, they broke the screen, went back in next day, got screen repaired, they requested I take down my previous review, got phone back to which I found they'd used a non-original screen as the bezels were way larger than on an original screen of which almost every other phone store in town agreed but when I returned to the store again while trying to sell the phone they were adamant it was an original screen, and looking at other reviews it seems this may be common practice, will not be returning to this store again in the future
