They have always been been efficient and caring in all aspects of their service.Recently on my last service, last week, my old Liff machine gave up the ghost. As usual the service I got from the company with a replacement was excellent.I would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone interested in installing a water softener.their receptionist is delightful to deal with.

“Fantastic Professional Service ”We contacted Phoenix Water services to service our water softener we was having some issues with that wasn’t supplied by them. From the onset we received a friendly professional service. Lee came to visit us and discussed our problems we were having and with his knowledge he worked out it was our plumbing that was causing the problem and it was an easy fix for us to carry out , no expensive plumbing bills. He serviced our softener and left us up and running again. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a decent professional friendly service .
