Ron serviced a Yamaha Bb clarinet for me. It hadn't been serviced since buying it second hand second hand. I could not wait to get it home- it looked brand new. I was not disappointed, it sounded wonderful and was free blowing across all registers. Ron is a master at his trade. I also took a Buffet Crampon/Evertte Shaeffer 1912 Soprano Saxophone for appraisal. He was honest and direct in his advice. Much appreciated. Thankyou so much.I can highly recommend Ron.

I contacted Ron regarding my trumpet valves moving slowly, an issue than had been plaguing me for months. Within 5 minutes in his workshop he had given me his diagnosis. The work was completed the very promptly and communication throughout was great. Upon picking up the trumpet it was clear that not only was Ron correct with his diagnosis, the work he had done made the trumpet feel better than new. He had also looked after the instrument as if it was his own. The attention to detail when polishing up the trumpet for collection was incredible.I will be taking all of my horns to Ron in the future and be recommending his work.

Ron Serviced my Stomvi Soprano Cornet and repaired my Schilke Soprano.The tuning shank on my Stomvi would not budge and the water keys were unusable. He rectified both problems and I was very pleased with the end result.The mainstay to the lead pipe on my Schilke needed soldering and the second valve stay to the bell required soldering also.Ron did an absolutely fabulous job with the soldering.I would highly recommend him. His work is excellent, and his prices are reasonable. Many many thanks from one very happy customer.

I took my Roundstamp cornet for a deep clean and service. Ron took the time and trouble to talk me through what he intended to do and assured me that it would look good on the outside as well. WOW, my cornet gleams with hardly a sign of the micro scratches which were present previously and even the mouthpiece didn't escape his attention. It feels and plays like new. Thanks Ron.

Booked my daughters clarinet in for a service and to fix a couple of small faults. Wow, What a transformation! It is clear to see that Rohan takes pride in his work. The attention to the little details was incredible. Very happy, and highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service! My flute had never been serviced in over 40 years and really needed some TLC - Ron finished repairing my flute really quickly and it was unrecognisable when I collected it! So impressed that Ron showed me videos and photos of the different stages in the repair process. An awful lot of hard work had gone into restoring it - I am so pleased with the end result! Ron is such a pleasant and professional person and clearly has a whole wealth of knowledge in restoring instruments … and also has some amazing tools! Highly recommend!

Ron did a fantastic job on a flugel we took in for repair and a Deep Clean. The repair was excellent and the change to the instrument all round after the Deep Clean was remarkable ... and as our flugel player remarked on its return, it was 'like new'. A superb job. Also, prior to the work, Ron talked me through exactly what he was going to do. A superbly kitted out workshop and a very professional setup in every sense. I was extremely grateful for the way in which Ron serviced and repaired my trombone. It is like a new instrument. He ensured that the work was completed in time for our band night and his charges were very reasonable. I will be using the British Music Service to look after my instrument for the future.
