they should close this place...i've been there since they restored it. I never got help from a doctor, only google assistant. no tests or referrals to specialists...

If I could put 0 stars on I would. Where do I start the most pathetic surgery in derby. No doctors no organisation a surgery struggling and it shows. To top it up staff at reception very cocky ad they have zero tolerance. They push there patients to get the way I did. Then say ring next morning when they know you will be put in a queen then told sorryvtimg tomorow. Any away after getting an appointment after Aqeel it’s taken me to get angry to go down and speak my mind. Was expecting a sick note did not recover one bern over a week and promised it twice by receptionist still ko sick note now to be removed from the surgery still no sick note honestly this surgery is the biggest joke in derby reception staff in qualified to handle patients liars

Very ongoing poor service, caller number 10 1hr 20mins still on hold and I give up, you can't walkin to try & make appointment anymore? 25th September txt sent out saying online booking now available still not available, someone needs to start managing this shambles of a service & actually start caring.

Horrible service, they start taking calls 8:00 am, but when you call them at 8:01 they say all appointments are booked for today, how is it even possible, they're just liars. And they don't book in advance. Trying to book my mom for 8 days in a row, no luck. Time to make a complaint.

Was originally a bit worried considering all the negative reviews but honestly there wasn't many problems at all. Dr Taimoor was really nice and gave me some good advice and resources and helped put my worries at ease. Only issues really was you have to book for an appointment on the day and earlier in the day and waiting time in the waiting room is pretty long. Other than that all good

I tried 3 day's last week between 8 and 10 AM. When on different occasions I got through and into the que I got cut off and when I eventually spoke to a receptionist and explained that I wasn't Ill and just needed a sick note for my company who have been brilliant with me because I am caring for my 80 + year old parents one has just come out of hospital after hip surgery and the other has dementia and my company didn't want me to put compassionate leave on my timesheet she put the phone down on me. And have been trying since 8am this morning and still not gotten through. Absolutely disgusting who is in charge of the surgery the receptionists? It's no wonder 5 doctor's left the other month.

2 times now i have gone to collect my blue inhaler and instead i have been issued a brown one even though i did not order that. i went back to the pharmacy and was told to call the doctor, i have done so but cannot get through to them i have been waiting more than an hour now. this is unacceptable. i suffer with asthma quite severe and need my inhaler many times a day, without it can leave me having to go hospital for an asthma attack as i've had to do in the past. the doctor also knows this but continues to prescribe me the wrong medicene.

Called at 8am to get an appointment to see a doctor. Queue was busy and asked to called back. I kept ringing and same thing. I managed to get into the queue, and it cut me off. 35 times I called before giving up.What makes it worse is the fact you can't book an appointment for later in the week, it has to be for that day! Absolutely ridiculous. Just going to face the fact that I will never get an appointment.I'll be moving Doctors now as I'm sick and tired of this!

Worst serugery in Derby! I don't recommend it to anyone. The nurses on duty are not very nice and they deceive you. you call at 8.30 and there are no telephone meetings with the doctor. Where am I after the surgery? Yesterday he was supposed to call after 10. He called at 5:44 p.m. a bit of a big discrepancy. I do not recommend! And I advise against it!
