Nim's Boutique ltd

Item was damaged on arrival. Reported it and sent pictures as soon as the package arrived. There was no customer service after placing the order regardless of sending emails and calling the store

I visited Nims today and tried on my first lengha for my wedding. Nim and her staff were so welcoming, on hand to help and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be heading back to get some outfits from there. Nim is just a a beautiful person inside and out. You can tell she cares for her clients and anyone who visits the shop. So truthful and all the pieces in the boutique are stunning! Thank you so much again for your help today. Extremely grateful.

Excellent service!! We all felt very comfortable and taken care of, because of this we bought many outfits that were perfect for our plus sized selves. Special thank you to Lucky; she was extremely helpful and welcoming! Definitely will be coming back again.

Visited Nims boutique yesterday and I loved the store. Not only is there countless options in all different sizes but the owner was honestly the nicest person, she helped us so much with finding different options. She never seemed irritated when I was trying on different outfits, if anything she was helping us decide and being complimentary. You can see why she is so successful! It’s the first time I could try something on in an Indian shop and feel comfortable. Thank you so much, love my outfit!

Really excellent quality clothes and jewellery and the customer service is exceptional. I needed delivery of some items urgently and Nim went out of her way to ensure I got my package on time! I bought several items from nims boutique and each one was beautiful and really good quality! Will definitely be coming back

My sister and I drove down from London to visit this store as I saw some posts on AnjliLookBook's Insta and wanted to get a few mix and match bits for a wedding.The variety of print, colours and sizes available are great.The quality of some products is poor. I tried on a few things and was covered in glitter. I have many glittery items and they do not shed in this way.The sequin blouses were very uncomfortable and left me scratched up. I have recently purchased sequin top/blouses from Coast so I know that these can be made comfortably. The stitching is also not very good on the pieces I handled. I'd be interested to know how many wears you could get and how the garments would hold during dry cleaning etc.The cups are not stitched in, which may be purposeful. However, removable cups can still be designed with care (i.e. slits for cups to be removed/inserted like in gym wear).I left the store immediately after we took out a floral lengha skirt from the plastic packaging and for want of a better word, it absolutely stank. I've never experienced that before from Indian wear. I've only ever smelt something similar on black jeans but never on Indian wear. It just gave me the impression that it was made with cheap materials/dye.I emailed Nims boutique and DM'd on two occasions to provide an explanation but weeks later, I heard nothing back.Overall truly disappointing, but I did find everything I needed from a beautiful shop called Aarshi on Belgrave Road who I wrote a 5* review for.

I visited the store about a month ago with really high expectations as I've been an insta fan for ages. There wasn't much in my size (maybe due to the time of year I visited before wedding season) I'm a size 18 to 20. I had to really just buy what fit me and not what I wanted. This store is great if you need a larger size and let's face it we don't get the option to walk in anywhere and buy an Indian outfit in a large size. The changing rooms had lots of large dust bunnies everywhere this really put me off. I would like to say Nim was there and wss very helpful bringing me lots of suit choices however I wanted a lengha skirt and travelled all the way to Leicester from Wolves to find only 2 skirts in my size to try. I would recommend you call ahead to see what they have in stock. If you are on the smaller side then I would say absolutely lots of choice for you. I did end up buying a skirt, blouse and matching chuni full price and a dress from the sale rail.The skirt had a pull in the fabric I did mention it to Nim, but there was nothing to swap it out for. I still paid full price for it and not even a small discount for the pull (some of the thread had pulled and stuck out. I cut it off when I got home, but you could visibly see it.) I did like some of the suits bought to me to try on however one had red pinky stains all over it and the other had pulled fabric. I did mention this to Nim so she could check the garments.I had really high hopes but sadly I left underwhelmed. I got 2 outfits none of which were my first choice but I really wasn't left with many options.I would say try this shop in person as sizing in the blouses differs quite a bit. One style blouse fit and another one in the same size wouldn't even zip up.Give it go, I would go in advance of your event so if it doesn't work for you, you still have time to try elsewhere.

Had such a lovely experience shopping at nims boutique today. I was offered an exchange when I wasn’t entirely happy with my original purchase which I brought online and the staff members were so helpful when I attended the store. They helped me choose a new outfit with matching jewellery and were very patient when I was being indecisive! Would highly recommend!

Love Nims for unique; good quality; individual bright & beautiful clothing, shoes; handbags; jewellery & accessories.Nim is friendly, warm, welcomming, knowledgeable & honest. If something doesn't fit right or suit your colouring & style she'll advise you accordingly.It's not about the selling & revenue; it's more the experience & individuality that brings you in.Have visited Nims from when it was located on Upperton Rd; then larger premises on Narborough Road. Was happy to see her re-locate to the City Centre Market Steeet shop with two floors which really showcase the spectacular pieces on display.Have often visited to purchase items including clutch handbags; bracelets, sequin style body tops; and yesterday 29th July 2023 when Nim was having a rare day off purchased a gorgeous red & gold bangle box & emerald green zig zag patterned mirror edged Dupatta fir my upcoming trip to Morocco in India.Would highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for a bit of sparkle, bright coloured; beautiful items that can be worn daily or for a unique one off piece to wear.
