Excellent! Really helpful team, I had some issues during my dogs stay which meant last minute his 3 day stay went to a 5 day stay and even though they were really busy they were extremely helpful and accommodating. My dog had a great time.Very clean and very well presented exterior.

Our two cats Hari & Hugo are regular visitors! We can't fault the quality of care and dedication that the staff give.

Great kennels to look after your pets. Our Harlie goes when we go on abroad holidays. We know he's well looked after so wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hafod-Y- Bryn.

Took our cat up there for a few days and they did a great job. He seemed to have enjoyed his time there and was clearly looked after. Lovely staff I can't fault it.

Have used this cattery only twice over the last few weeks and am extremely happy that my two cats were well looked after. Lovely clean place and staff so friendly. My cats will defo be visiting again

Awful service, to arrive at 6.20pm to be told that I can’t have my dog he’s locked up for the night and to return in the morning to get him is disgusting.I rang numerous times on the way to let them know I would be late, also left a Voicemail.It was Chester’s first day yesterday as he was due to stay 4 nights boarding. Arrived and no one was there , kennels locked up and unattended in 24 degree heat till the next morning is just unacceptable to me.We were never notified if late that we wouldn’t be able to get our dog till the next day. Appalling customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Especially if you want your dog looked after over night because apparently no body is there.

My border collie stayed here for the first time recently and she absolutely loved it! She has been to other kennels and has been nervy and withdrawn afterwards. But after staying at Hafod y Bryn she was happy, full of life and totally relaxed. They obvious give lots of love and attention to dogs in their care. We'll certainly use them again!

I never thought my beautiful Charlie Dog would be happy in the kennels .He loved being there. So much fun. Thank you Steve and Nicola and all the staff at Hafod Y Bryn for looking after him . Helen and Lou Roberts.x
