I love this place. I have come here a few times after discovering this little gem by accident - it looks unassuming but the food is amazingly flavourful, they take great care with the presentation and the staff has never been anything but professional and charming. I really can't recommend this place enough!

Decent portion sizes, but quite bland and rather disappointing. I have had far better Indian dishes and found the overall experience lacking. In particular, the decor is very dated and a bit worn down. Also, the food was bland and altogether different dishes looked virtually identical. The lentils I ordered were very soggy. Finally, and to top things off with a dash, the staff was rather unwelcoming. Not recommended at all.

Been our local indian sine 2010, my father an I have not changed our order since and love it. Simple but done well, staff do their own thing, but at the end of the day I am there to eat and chat with my company. Will 100% recommend to anyone. Good food, charming little restaurant, quick and cheap, with after eights and roses for ladies afterwards.

Rude staff, I was surprised when the person asked for 70 p for chutney. Nothing wrong to charge extra, but the attitude and behaviour was rude (server with white beard) be humble and little friendly, people are ready to leave a tip and would be happy to pay Extra if you behave nicely. Avoid till the time that man with white beard is there.

I really enjoyed the food here. The service was impeccable and the staff even gave me a rose at the end of the meal. The only thing I wish they served was the traditional Indian rice dessert. There was a full bar, and everything was delicious. I ate more than I should have. That's what happens when the food is awesome.

I was visiting London on a business trip and stopped by this restaurant because it was near my hotel. I was really impressed! The waiting staff were extremely attentive and very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and very affordable. The ambiance was lovely. I felt very relaxed and comfortable there. I would definitely return.

what this place had going for it, was it was relatively inexpensive for the area and they were able to take 6 of us rocking up on a Thursday night with out any issue.The beer was cold and came quickly. food took a little longer. i can;t say it was particularly memorable. it was the usual meat hiding in a bowl of sauce fare. the drier curry was better.the place stayed pretty busy through out the evening. you could do worse but with a bit of planning you could do better

Rice quantity was soo little compared to what anybody would have expected. Taste was amazing and spicy as mention (spicy by a South Indian standard!). The only drawback was the quantity and the service. We had to wait 15 whole minutes before our order was taken and it's a pretty small crammed up place.

This is not a casual diner. It actually looks nice with white cotton tablecloth and napkins. That is about the only good thing.The food is uninspired. Tasteless. Too little salt and too much oil.The service is BAD. The waiter (old bald guy) was rude. Another couple walked away after his insulting attitude. He might be the owner, but he is not doing a good job and should not be there.
