Excellent product and service. After about ten years of heavy use our bifold doors were not running as well as they did and the handle was becoming a bit droopy! I contacted Aspect Windows and they sent Mike out to have a look. He assessed the problem, ordered the parts and returned a few days later to fit them. The doors now run perfectly again and the new handle doesn't droop. There was good communication from Liz in the office and Mike and Tony were very professional in handling the repair. Everything was done under the warranty. I strongly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Aspect Windows after using them to supply our 3 leaf 3.7m bi-fold doors. Really good, honest, practical advice (you were right Steve - 3 leaves is better than 5!). Quality product and great after-sales service too.

No complaints whatsoever. The service from Aspect windows was excellent from start to finish. The first visit to their showroom was very useful and Chris King provided some good advice and recommendations. The time scale set at the getgo was followed without issue and we were kept informed throughout. Finally and most importantly the install team were friendly, efficient, tidy and their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none.We are very pleased with the end product and would certainly not hesitate in recommending aspect windows.

We used Aspect to install a few different things: our new front door, sliding door and several different types of windows. What a difference it has made to our home! Excellent quality and so beautiful to look at. The office team were friendly and extremely patient with me - especially with the number of times I changed the design. The team who fit on the day were tidy, polite and worked efficiently. I will definitely use Aspect again.

I've used Aspect Windows on three different occasions. I really like the range and quality of their products. Being a local company also means that one can easily pop into their showroom prior to placing an order. This was particularly useful when I was choosing the sliding doors for my dining room. The staff are also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've already recommended them to others, and won't hesitate to use their services again in my future projects.

My handle went loose on my bifold 3 years after they were fitted .The next day they came out and replaced the handle.The man was so helpful and silicone sprayed the hinges for me as well.Thank you

We have used this company for the past 7 years for all of our sliding doors, casement windows, skylights and entrance doors. Whilst we have had one or two minor issues, the products supplied are very high quality and have stood the test of time. Where service or maintenance has been required, Aspect have been excellent. Most recently, we have had a replacement sealed unit with integrated sun blind. The service technicians, Dave and Tony, were superb; tidy, polite, efficient and helpful. The product has also exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company for any glazing requirements.
