Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. portion sizes were small for the price, such as £2.60 for half a spoon of guacamole and half spoon for proteins too. However the food was fresh, which was great. I would recommend exploring other dining options at the O2 for a more satisfying meal. An average of £11 for a small salad it’s way too overrated.

I recently dined at the Chipotle restaurant, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff, especially Sam, who made my visit exceptionally pleasant.Sam's welcoming and friendly attitude really stood out. They were attentive to my order and took the time to ensure everything was prepared to my liking. Sam's customer service skills were impeccable, and it's clear they take pride in their work. It's not every day that you come across such a dedicated and kind team member.The meal itself was fantastic. Chipotle's fresh ingredients and customizable options make for a mouthwatering and healthy dining experience. The flavors were on point, and the portion sizes were generous.In summary, my visit to Chipotle was a five-star experience. The food quality, service, and the exceptional attention from Sam made it memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Meh... same for all UK Chipotle's. I will keep saying this for every review. The first time I had Chipotle was in the late 1990's in California where I went to high school. They were bigger and the ingredients had more flavor. Here in the UK, it lacks the flavor and the shape of a buritto is a ball.

Ordered a burrito & it wasn’t even wrapped in the tortilla. The filling was all in the foil with the tortilla all one side & bunched at the top.I’m not sure it music was too loud but I could barely hear the server.
