The highlight of my trip to Portsmouth, I was in chocolate heaven, loved the selection and member discounts, the staff are friendly and quite proactive.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff who can't do enough to make you feel welcome. The discounts are also very good and the make-your-own advent calendar service is fantastic.

I never used to be a fan of Lindt! But after coming to this store has honestly completely changed my mind, there have a selection of different chocolates to choose from! They stock the pistachio flavour truffles that they don’t stock in the supermarkets which is honestly a surprise! I also went to try the chocolate ice cream! though I’m not a fan of chocolate ice cream! This ice cream was smooth and creamy and melts in your mouth!

Stating the obvious: Must try spot for chocolate lovers". Be careful cause you could go bankrupt and you might end up buying everything but their cone ice creams are really one of a kind and you shouldn't miss it if you visit Portsmouth.You've got different options but I tried the chocolate mix which I would say was the best of both worlds.And a tip for future visitors : Say "yes" to the hazelnut sauce if your not allergic becaue that was indeed the best hazelnut sauce I've ever had and the don't charge anything extra for it!!"

Polite and friendly staff.Good quality chocolate that was very fair and reasonably priced .The Lindt shops are always very clean and well stocked. There is plenty of choice for all tastes and ages .It's always a very enjoyable experience to purchase from a Lindt shop.I always manage to spend more money than I intended to but for me ,that is a compliment to the Lindt staff and their quality confectionary.

Now, I was hesitant when it came to spending here. The place is premium, and because I only have a surface-level understanding of chocolate, the prices felt just as premium. However, I decided to buy 8 truffles (2 milk, 6 mint) for £4.24, and I can very confidently say that it may be the best I've had. The chocolate itself breaks apart well in my mouth, and the mint flavour gave it a kick but did not overwhelm the cocoa. For special occasions, I will be tempted to visit again.

Chocolatier's HeavenPeople go to Gunwharf Quays Outlet to be happy. The search find it and be happy. Small, big or old, they all show their universal expression- happy, elated, excited and start taking pictures and videos, pick and mix all the sweets around.Small place but staffs are cheerful and full of alertness to help probably due to the aroma of cocoa in the air.:)Be careful and try to control your temptations as you won't be and bring a bag full of sweets. They are not cheap but cheaper than other places. You will buy a bag full and say you won't find this cheap!""
