I've been in here twice this week and bought Christmas gifts and alittle treat for myself. Love everything I got. Lady at the selfscan was very helpful as the machine tag didn't work.

Great selection of clothes and styles. Great prices for every budget. Definitely this one in Kingswood is much better than the shop in Mount Pleasant, as it is a bigger store with more space for clothes to be seen.

Love the clothes, the staff are helpful, would have been 5 star except every time I go the fitting rooms are always really dirty. They could do with a bit of tlc.

Lots of clothes to choose from, spoilt for choice. Disappointed in the shoe department for women, no nice sandals for women. There was a sale on which was a bonus.

This is Hull's Matalan superstore, it's bright and airy with wide aisles for easy, comfortable browsing. Whilst I have to admit I find many of the menswear products a bit dull and not satisfying my requirements, I always seem to come across an item or two that strike a chord. The checkout experience is speedy with plenty of pleasant staff always at hand to offer assistance. I can see why the pricing structure suits vast numbers of customers. Altogether a mist pleasing experience

We got there and it was very busy. We had a quick look around. Lovely things in the homeware department. Brilliant things for all the family for their holiday. We got to the check out and there was a long queue, but the staff soon got through the cash line. The self check outs were busy too but again the line soon went down. Will definitely go back!

Just got a few t shirts, we were looking for little girl pj's and it took a long time to find them and no staff around to ask. We eventually found them on an end at the far side of the shop. Might I suggest they're put with the rest of the girls clothes
