I didn't know this area so any assistance I rec'd from Bairstow Eves (BE) was appreciated. From the moment I walked through the door I was met with professionalism. Throughout the purchase I was impressed with all the staff from their help to their friendliness. Any queries that I had were also dealt with quickly. The fact that I had an excellent firm of solicitors (Meadows & Moran from Romford) meant that the sale went through to my satisfaction.I would have no hesitation in recommending BE to anyone.

We opted for Bairstow Eves Braintree originally owing to their persistence in pursuing us to sell our house. We took it as a good omen that they worked so hard to get our business. We had a few quibbles about communication early on, but these were resolved and we received a helpful and courteous service throughout from all the staff in the office.We were impressed that they took the trouble to learn about our property and always conducted tours on our behalf.Looking forward to a successful move into our new home.

Richard took me through my remortgaging journey a few months ago now, and it was made a very easy process by him. I found everyone at the Braintree branch to be very friendly and helpful. They guided me through the process of selling my house with a great deal of patience. At all times they acted in a professional manner and gently prompted me when they needed me to complete some documents or provide more information. I guess the best recommendation I can give is that if I were to ever buy or sell a house again in Braintree would I use the Braintree branch of Bairstow Eves? The answer would be yes.
