Hi a all-round service given to me at Ford as ever by all of the ford staff l.A big thank you to Ben in the service department at first point of contact.

We bought a used Ford Fiesta Titanium on Saturday 11 March. Our Sales Consultant Ian Edwards was excellent, he showed us around the car explained the features and then left us to look around the car ourselves. We wanted the car as soon as possible, Ian agreed a handover for Monday 13 March at 12:00. The car was ready when we got there Ian went over the features of the car again with us we could not recommend him more highly. We will definitely buy from Pentagon again.

Little parking and ♿ spaces marked mean nothing. When needed help there was no one. When we said we were OK we were hounded. Motability is an issue as they don't have much to test drive - especially autos which is what most go for. Popped in couple weeks back and it was like we were invisible. Front desk was visibly embarrassed that they literally had no one to come answer some simple product question. We just left. Plenty sales folk passed us smiling. But no one had time for us. We were next to a couple who had an appointment who were querying why they were still waiting 20 minutes later. I'd worry about attempting a purchase AND aftercare. If I go again and see different I'll change review.

Great service, can’t recommend Dan Young enough - the whole experience was great from start to finish and he did everything and more. I’ve never had a better experience buying a car. Thanks so much, love my new car!

Fantastic Dealership. Great Service. This is my second time of buying a brand new car off them . There service is always second two none. The sales's man I deal with Chris is always happy to help and goes out of his way to get you sorted nothing is to much trouble. Can not recommend the dealership enough.

This is my first time to Pentagon Ford Runcorn, I usually buy Nissan, however on visiting, the showroom I was so impressed with Chris Jones, his professionalism and courtesy was second to none I came away extremely satisfied I was getting a good deal. I picked my car up on the first September and am extremely pleased with the service.

Cant say enough abt them from talking abt the car to ordering it to delivery we were kept intouch with everything very nice friendly staff made you feel at ease and relaxed .
