I don’t normally write reviews but I had to make people aware of the amazing service I had. I unfortunately got locked out of my house with my autistic son who was very distressed, so I called solo locksmith jamie quick, efficient and caring even when under pressure. Great service from Jamie Wratton. Arrived on time , Completed job very professionally, Efficiently. Then was asked by myself to look at another job, of which he knew nothing about. Was happy to oblige , Advised what was required , Then completed the job. Jamie came quite late one afternoon to rescue my failing attempts to factory-reset a Yale Conexis L1 smart door lock (which it turns out he had fitted nearly three years ago).He quickly made the lock operational and safe to use, whilst also finding out that the lock's bluetooth transmitter had basically failed - and this was the reason it wouldn't unlock the door from the outside.We agreed we needed a new manual door lock and he came back to fit it a few days later, cutting some additional keys.His service was excellent: he is polite, friendly and (just as importantly) charges a very reasonable amount, making clear each element of the costs.I highly recommend his work - I simply wouldn't use anyone else.

Jamie was superb and went above and beyond today on our lock change- he even fixed our latch which we’d had trouble with for so long. Couldn’t recommend him anymore!

Jamie has completed two jobs for me, first time when my Smart lock got out of sequence and second time to change the smart lock to a key lock. On both occasions he was able to arrange a time within a day of me calling, turned up promptly and fixed the issue/item efficiently. This excellent service came with a very competitive cost, I absolutely recommend Jamie to anyone needing locksmith services.

I cannot recommend Jamie highly enough. He carefully explained all the options for my front door lock, including costs, and then completed the work to the highest standards. He even sorted out another door issue for me at the same time. Thoroughly professional and courteous, he even phoned to apologise for running late due to being stuck in traffic.
