So impressed with Spencer Roofing Services. We had a couple of quotes for the flat roof repair on our garage. Spencer were amazing; they got us a detailed quote within 24 hours and were really responsive when I had questions. The work had to be rescheduled a few times but I was kept up to date each time. The people who came worked hard all day and were polite and courteous at all times, including to the neighbours. They left everything immaculate; we were really impressed with this, and the quality of work. Would not hesitate to recommend Spencer Roofing Services and will be coming back with any further roofing issues! Thanks so much!

We just had a complete new slate roof for our victorian home, by Spencer Roofing Services. It was a stress free experience with a company that was always a pleasure to deal with.Everything was on time and well done from the day the scaffolding went up, until it was removed, and the site was kept clean and tidy. The only delays were due to the weather.Our job was complicated by existing solar panels, which they removed and reinstalled, no hassle. Most other companies who came and quoted wanted nothing to do with the panels and we would have had to arrange for an electrician to deal with it! I can highly recommend this company. They turned up on time for the survey. The quote was with us within 48hrs and was very reasonable. All in all brilliant.

2 new EPDM flat roofs (dormer and bay) and valley repointing.From original request for a quote this was done in a timely manner, good explanation of options available and communication throughout was excellent. Quote was competitive. No upfront payment required. Date for work was agreed and roofers turned up on time, worked hard and completed jobs in very good time. Cleaned up well after job was finished. As with all roof jobs, time will tell but not expecting any issues. I would recommend Spencer roofing and will contact again if I need any more work doing.

My neighbour and I have just had a complete new roof installed by Spencers. I can only highly recommend them to anybody considering using their services. They left the site clean and tidy each day and on completion. My neighbour and I are both highly satisfied with the new completed roof.

Spencer’s come highly recommended. Excellent customer service from the get go; quick to respond to initial query, came to inspect our roof within a day, quote sent that night. Quote was for full reroof, guttering and cladding and was very reasonable and well worth everything they have done. They tided up after themselves each day and kept our property free from litter which is highly appreciated when we’ve a small dog who likes to hoover everything up. They kept in touch to update us on any changes in start dates due to the snow and kept us feeling at ease. Our home looks brand new and we thank you for all your hard work! What a fantastic team and business.

We have been really pleased with Spencer Roofing. They gave us a reasonable quote and also provided us with a temporary fix (which they did on the same day they came to give us a quote) until we could book in for our entire roof doing. The customer service was excellent, they responded quickly to any queries and we were kept informed of any changes. On the days they came to fit the roof, they arrived early and started work straight away. They worked efficiently and consistently, so much so it was done within one and a half days (well, a little over half), but they finished just in time for the rain. Highly recommend.

The dry verge and maintenance free ridge tile systems were installed. The job was carried out very well, they look great and we are very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.

EXCELLENT……Job completed July 2021, soffits, fascia’s, gutters, dry verge edging, ridge tiles reset and pointed, really Happy with everything! 1st class after sales service too. Recently had a tiny amount of pointing fall out of 1 x ridge tile. A couple of texts and all sorted under warranty. Would recommend Spencer Roofing to anyone needing roof repair and upgrades.
