Abysmal service - checked by phone if an item, which I needed urgently, was in stock. I was assured it was. When I arrived I could not find it nor the assistant who had answered my call. I suggested to her she should check stocks before saying that items were in stock. She shrugged. I then suggested it would be fitting for her to apologise. She wouldn't. I advised the store manager of this .. she seemed perplexed, and again no apology. AVOID IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN!

Customer service here rocks. Rare to have good customer service these days, I felt very looked after. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who were very helpful. Would recommend.

Honestly, I'm not surprised this place is closing down. Went in today with my mum and just because I commented on how expensive (about £10.30) for some highlighter pens even in the closing down sale and made a passing joke on the prices and it closing down to my mum only for the staff member starting to back talk me and damn near started a verbal fight with me, I even thought he was going to come and start a physical fight with me just because I said a joke! I replied to him that It's true" meaning that it's true that over ten quid for some highlighters is too expensive but he just kept getting on at me even though I tried walking away from him (like what he should have done without saying anything. Awful experience! Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. Purchased a laptop few months ago, something went wrong with it while I had warranty on it. They refused to get it repaired or give me a replacement saying its got nothing to do with them ring the manufacturers.

Easy parking, good choice, printing services, helpful staff who are knowledgable and happy.
