As a seamstress wanting cottons ect I have been to Plush Addic and been turned away. When you are altering other peoples clothing you need a very good match in cotton’s , zips ect. I went a few weeks ago and the woman understood and said I would be fine taking any garments so I could match up. Go today and they refused to let me buy anything. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Janet

Wonderful service, placed order early on as Friday pm, was dispatched by Plush Addict just after 15.00 hrs the same day. Then the Postal service came up trumps too and fabric arrived Saturday am! I am now out off a hole I made for myself due to lousy cutting. Thanks Plush Addict for saving my reputation (and the postal service).

I was quite happy with this company in the past year or so for odds and sodsJust recently, I placed an order on the 11 June update on shipping 12 June5 working days, still no package. Is it lost with royal mail?Sorry plush addict I won't be using you anymore.

Ordered through Amazon market place on 19th March. Tracking shows dispatched through Evri on 20th March status not changed since 21st March. Claimed refund apparently have to wait until 13th April in case it turns up,they know I no longer require it. Bought from elsewhere, no longer need it,it's a spool of thread. Pleading with me to be patient as they are small business"

I needed something for work ASAP after my local supplier was out of stock and contacted by email to enquire about quickest dispatch and shipping. My email was replied to very quickly by Sophie who also checked physical stock amounts for me. My order was dispatched that afternoon and with Royal Mail 24 came by 1pm the next day. Great service and really helped us out in a pinch

VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. I WAS REGULAR BUYER UNTIL I RECEIVED 2 FABRICS (1M EACH) WITH A LOT OF HOLES JUST IN MIDDLE OF THE FABRICS. I ASKED SELLER TO REPLACE IT. SELLER REPLIED These are pin holes from where the fabrics are stored. It is perfectly normal and they disappear when the fabrics are washed or if you rub over the holes." I DID WHAT SELLER SAID - WASHED
