Just can’t recommend enough.From start to finish Mark responded quickly and politely, understanding my need to secure the property.I’d call him a craftsman rather than a tradesman because he fixed all the doors before fitting all the locks, without grumble or mumble, and the locks all work perfectly.Brilliant can do attitude. He explained to me in detail the options and he completed the job with a perfect manner. He gave me advice about how to maintain the lock. I texted Mark on a Sunday afternoon and he immediately responded; he arrived the next day (it wasn’t an emergency), on time, and did an absolute first rate job. He realigned the patio doors for my garden cabin, rectifying multiple issues that were causing them to catch and no longer lock. He was first rate. I doubt anyone else would have had the patience to complete this job - plus he offered lots of tips on what to do when the doors will inevitably needs future adjustment. Top quality work.
