Staff could do with customer skills training and possibly personality transplants and besides the prices are way too pricey. I think their market is consumers who don't know much they can swindle.

Went here with a friend of mine to pick up my first DSLR camera and i couldnt of been happier with the service i received. No pressure to buy good solid advice based on my needs. Will deffinately be using this store again 100%

Wife visited the Newport store today to get passport photo's done for our two kids. The only member of staff on duty advised her to come back in tomorrow as the battery in the camera was dead and needed charging? What a lame excuse! Its a camera shop, they have hundreds of camera's they could have used. Sounds like this member of staff needs some urgent training. We will be getting our photo's done some where else !

Bought a mirrorless camera 2 months ago and the service they provided was excellent! They were able to answers any questions that I had and I didn't at all feel rushed. They gave me a really good deal and advised me of what accessories to have too.

Great advice & help picking out accessories (batteries, memory cards & a lens) to suit a big trip I'm headed off on. Helped me save a load of money & get a lot more power and memory for what I did spend to boot! Super knowledgeable & friendly!
